Clean, good value hotel, the location was easy really close to great restaurants, coffee shops, laundromats, pharmacies, souvenir shops, Central train station and the trainstation. Loved the well-appointed room with balcony.

We greatly enjoyed our 1 night stay here. the quadruple room provided soap, a mini refrigerator, and comfortable mattresses. - the location was convenient and the staff were very helpful. - the hotel was a brilliant place to stay in a perfect area. - the Castro Pretorio tube station is just a 5-minute walk away.

It's perfect hotel, everything was perfect. Overall the room is brand-new, perfect little and includes a private safe, central heating and a work desk. The location is handy and easy and personnel is very very helpful. No complains at all, I recommend this property and will come back.

The host was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing guidance and assistance throughout our stay.

The main transportation station area could be a bit sketchy, so it's important to stay cautious. We also had a temporary issue with hot water, but the owner did their best to fix it promptly.

We had an amazing trip to Italy! We stayed in a perfectly located hotel that was walking distance to all the major sights. The room was stylish, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. We appreciated the USB ports and fridge, plus the A/C was a great touch. Breakfast each day was simple but delicious and easily accessible. Only one minimal thing was the scent of the cleaning products, which was a bit too strong, but it didn't affect our wonderful stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful city!

The location of the guest house is incredibly convenient, being very close to Roma Termini station. It is just a short walk away, making it easy to catch trains and explore the city. The proximity to the train station also means that public transportation is easily accessible, allowing for easy travel around Rome. there is an Agora cafe just across the street from the guest house, providing a great option for breakfast or a quick meal.

One minor downside mentioned by a guest is the noise from the fridge in the room, which can be bothersome, especially at night.

The room was modern, clean, and had a balcony, like having all the comforts of home.
